Big Day Today
So, with this marking the day in which Aletheia Tampa will finally be holding its large group gathering on campus, I felt that it warranted a post. I can’t believe that God worked the way he did to get us on USF’s campus before the end of the first semester that we were in Tampa. To me this is a huge day in the history of this ministry and I am excited to see what God does as a result.
God has been so faithful and we are in awe of how he has continued to work throughout this entire process. Ashlee and I have only been here 3 weeks and one day and so much has already happened. Since Ashlee, Drew, and I have arrived, five people have accepted Christ as Lord and Savior…5 people! We are trusting that so many more will follow suit as God does His thing here in Tampa.
Tonight will be a lot of fun. I expect for God to bring a few more people out to our gathering, even though we have only had 6 days to get the word out. Please pray that the people who have prayed with us over the past couple of weeks will come out tonight and that many others will come as well. Pray also that we will not run into any logistical or technological glitches. The University is only giving us a small window of time to get the room prepared…umm, really, by small window of time I mean no time…ha
