Aaden’s Debut
So this is one week late but I wanted to take some time today to introduce to the cyber world a certain Aaden Sage Proffitt. Last Wednesday (October 8th), at about this time, little Aaden came into this world. His mom only pushed for eight minutes to get his big head out and when it was all said and done, the little man weighed in at 8 pounds and 5 ounces. Many of you say he looks like me which is sad for him but maybe it means he won’t look as “pretty” as Drew 
Once again, viewing the entire birthing process was a miracle to behold. I am astonished how anyone could ever support the concept of abortion after seeing a live birth take place. That’s an entirely different subject and one that may be discussed in a further post.
But for now, I am a dad squared as Emilio called it and Ashlee and I couldn’t be happier with our new little healthy addition. I attached some pics that we took over the past week. Some of you have been asking how big brother Drew has been handling everything. Well, to put it plainly, he loves his little brother and gives him about 15 hugs a day. He holds him in his lap too as evidenced below. Ashlee is way outnumbered now but I think she’s okay with that. It’s been a fun ride and I’m glad we can get on with life now with our 2 little boys.

Wow. Congrats on another healthy baby AP. Having moved back up to DC in May, I’m bummed I haven’t had a chance to see you all on a regular basis. I still get all the Aletheia e-mails and I’m pumped to see you guys really being intentional about staying fresh and innovative with everything you do. I love the regular blog updates and hope to make a trip down there to see you all sooner than later.
