Momentum
After a much needed day off, the Aletheia train station has opened again. I so very badly wanted to post a blog yesterday to recall what happened on Sunday and let those of you who weren’t here know about what took place, but Ashlee and I promised each other that we would have some family time.
So I will give that much anticipated update today. The last two weeks and really the last month was amazing to say the least. We had close to 200 visitors the last two Sundays. Two days ago, we had the largest attendance in Aletheia Church’s history. Somewhere around 30 people received Christ in the month of August. There is so much momentum right now. God is moving! He is working in the lives of young people in Harrisonburg. We are so privileged to be a part of it. And we are having so much fun serving God. The passion and excitement in our building on Sunday was evident.
Here are some shots from the worship experiences from the past 2 Sunday mornings (Thanks Kaitlin)…

In that picture the Aletheia 3blocks logo is floating mystically in the far background, haha. Looks sweet.
